Union County Housing Authority is a public housing agency located in Lake Butler, Florida.  We provide housing to eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities within Union County.  To keep rent low, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) subsidizes based on individual incomes.

Eligibility is determined on annual gross income, family composition, and U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status.  To determine income eligibility, we use standards that are set each year by HUD and are unique to our area based on family size.
